1. Self-Service Options

Customers can use self-service options to pause, resume, or skip their subscription, allowing flexible management of their plans.

Please make any changes before the monthly renewal date to avoid unnecessary charges.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

All subscription cancellations must be completed before the renewal date. If the cancellation request is not submitted before the renewal date, charges will continue, and no refunds will be provided.

After cancellation, the registration fee and any non-refundable advance payments already made will not be refunded.

Advance payments are applied to offset the final payment before the discontinuation of classes.

 

3. Refund Policy

Non-Refundable: No refunds will be provided for any subscription cancellations.

Advance Payment Usage: Advance payments are exclusively used to offset the final payment before cancellation and cannot be refunded in any other form.

 

4. Exceptions

If customers are unable to use the service due to issues caused by us, we will assist in providing an appropriate solution.

In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters or policy changes), we will offer reasonable compensation based on the circumstances.
