• Customers can use self-service options to pause, resume, or skip their subscription, allowing flexible management of their plans.

• Please make any changes before the monthly renewal date to avoid unnecessary charges.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

• All subscription cancellations must be completed before the renewal date. If the cancellation request is not submitted before the renewal date, charges will continue, and no refunds will be provided.

• After cancellation, the registration fee and any non-refundable advance payments already made will not be refunded.

• Advance payments are applied to offset the final payment before the discontinuation of classes.

 

3. Refund Policy

• Non-Refundable: No refunds will be provided for any subscription cancellations.

• Advance Payment Usage: Advance payments are exclusively used to offset the final payment before cancellation and cannot be refunded in any other form.

 

4. Exceptions

• If customers are unable to use the service due to issues caused by us, we will assist in providing an appropriate solution.

• In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters or policy changes), we will offer reasonable compensation based on the circumstances.
